CCC Founder Carmen Conley brings more than 25 years of experience in international development, domestic political advocacy, and corporate communications. She has won and managed 100s of millions in funding from U.S. federal government agencies, European bilaterals, multilateral banks, UN agencies, and corporate foundations, and supports U.S. nonprofits and CSR initiatives with program strategy, fundraising, and communications. Coupled with project and program implementation experience in more than a dozen countries and across the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, she takes a pragmatic, collaborative approach that grounds strategy in the current political-economy and ethical, real-world management of people and resources.. She’s been affiliated with DAI Global, UN Development Program, UN Fund for International Partnerships, IBM Media Relations, National Democratic Institute and United States Senate.
